Baru-baru ini, Malaysia Airlines atau lebih dikenali sebagai MAS telah pun membuat satu promosi dimana 1, 000, 000 tempat duduk akan dijual pada harga dari RM0 (percumala kan?) kepada sesiapa yang mebuat tempahan untuk penerbangan domestik sahaja. Tapi anda kena ingat dan jangan salah faham. Tiket sahaja yang percuma tapi yang lain-lain kena bayarlah macam airport tax dan sebagainya. Setiap tempahan yang dibuat memang tidak dibenarkan untuk 'refund' kalau tiba-tiba 'cancel'. Bergantung kepada syarat-syarat dan peraturan.

Hello readers! Just now I have read a newspaper and I saw this headline "Crude oil set to stay above US$120". One more thing is, there was a statement made by the Iran's Oil Minister, Gholam Hossein Nozar telling that the price can reaches US$200(RM640) a barrel soon.

Currently, the price of crude oil has reached its highest value which is US$124(RM398.4) a barrel. He says that the problem is because of the difficulty to dig and produce crude oil in Nigeria and also because of the weak US dollars. The oil price is actually not expensive. Its just because of the side effect made by weak US Dollars. Iran is the second crude oil producer in the world for now.

Hello readers! As you all might know, the price of rice has increased lately. The increase range is between 15% to 40%. Thats very high! What are we going to do after this? When the price keep on increasing therefore we have to find another alternative ways to change the rice status as our primary food in Malaysia. But the question is, can we do that? I mean, do you really think that we can change rice to something else? For me its a bit difficult because so far I grew up, almost everyday I ate rice. But before anything, let me tell you that this book is not for those who want to learn how to create an internet business. This book is more to teach you how to become a millionaire! There are also a lot of motivation tips and its good for everyone whether you are a student, engineer, doctor or any other profession.

This book will teach you how to set up your goals, how to continously maintain your high motivation and etc. You might want to know who is the author of this book. As you can see at the picture beside this article, the author is Dr. Irfan Khairi (pic). He was known as a young millionaire because he has reached RM1,000,000.00 when he was only 25 years old by doing internet business with capital as low as RM500 a few years back. I will tell you more about him later because what I want to share with you now is about his book.

This book for me is a very good book in order for you to learn how to motivate yourself and stuff. This book explains to you on how to let you to reach your goals like for instance want to have RM1 Million or get good CGPA! Its explanation is very simple and easy to understand. The book also contains a lot of colouful pictures and very interesting cartoons. You have to try it. Even though I dont finish it yet, but I will rate it 5 stars out of 5. Peace! =).

You might be wondering, who is this guy? Some of you might know about him. He is actually the first ever The Apprentice candidate that was hired by Mr. Donald Trump. He was the winner of the first season of The Apprentice.

Have you ever heard about Palm Islands in Dubai? There are three of them not one(it was stated as plural anyway). The Islands are The Palm Jumirah (yellow), The Palm Jebel Ali (blue) and The Palm Deira(green). All of the Islands are the biggest man-made or artificial island so far in the world. The projects are being constructed by Nakheel Properties, which is a property developer based in the United Arab Emirates. They hired Dutch contractor Van Oord, who is one of the worlds specialist in land reclaimation.

The objective of doing these projects is to increase Dubai tourism. Therefore, Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Makhtum(pic), who is the United Arab Emirates prime minister and also the ruler of Dubai came out with the idea to construct these Palm Island and commissioned the Islands.

Talking about the shape of the islands, as you can see from the picture above, all of the islands are in the shape of palm tree.
Each settlement will topped with a crescent, and will have a large number of residential, leisure and entertainment centers. The Palm Islands are located off the coast of The United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf and will add 520 km of beaches to the city of Dubai.

So far, a lot of buyers have owned properties in the Palm Island. The have bought millions of dollar properties such as a bungalow. From what I have read, there are a few famous persons already have booked or even bought property in the island such as Donald Trump, the owner of Trump Tower and The Apprentice tv show and football players such as David Beckham, Joe Cole and David James.

The first two islands will comprise approximately 100 million cubic meters of rock and sand. Palm Deira will be composed of approximately 1 billion cubic meters of rock and sand. All materials will be quarried in the UAE. Between the three islands there will be over 100 luxury hotels, exclusive residential beach side villas and apartments, marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities and health spas.

The construction of the island together with all the hotels, shopping malls and houses, will be completed over the next 10 - 15 years.
