So nak dipendekkan cerita, gua nak share lagi pasal satu running competition ni pasal as what i have said long ago, gua dah sangap berlari dah skarang. As long as distance dia tak mencapai tahap gaban, gua nak join la...gua rasa gua lom bersedia nak lari lebih daripada 20 km ni...huhuhu...

Nama diberi MIZUNO WAVE RUN 2009 dan ada beberapa kategori yang dipertandingkan. Jarak diberi 10 km sahaja dan yang bestnye korang kene habiskan larian dalam masa yang ditetapkan untuk kategori masing-masing kalau korang nak medal. Medal disediakan sebanyak 1200 semua skali.

Kejohanan akan diadakan di UPM tak silap gua. Kalau lu orang nak tau lebih lanjut camne nak register, brape hinggit yuran pendaftaran dan sebagainya...lu orang leh klik pada nama Mizuno di atas.

Gua rasa kalau takde pape aral melintang gua nak masuk. Kene register awal...huhuhu..kalo tak abes~ Last time gua dah masuk Men's Health Night Run 2009 kat Putrajaya....this time gua eager nak join lagi another tournement...yeah!

Masa take 5 gua dah tamat...gua chow dulu~

Sekadar untuk membuat ulasan mengenai Night Run 09 yang gua masuk Sabtu lepas. Gua tak berkesempatan nak update you all pasal gua tak berpeluang menghadap laptop gua atau mana-mana komputer untuk membuat ulasan pada weekend lepas.

Pada malam Night Run tu, gua rasa amat teruja dengan semangat dan kemeriahan yang terdapat disana kerana terlalu ramai manusia didataran berhadapan dengan Palace of Justice, Putrajaya...tempat dimana event dijalankan dan pelari dilepaskan. Pelari juga sangat ramai dan gua estimate pasti ada ribuan manusia yang join!

Gua sampai sana dengan budakPanjang dan JoresKaka beberapa minit sebelum pelari dilepaskan. Kitorang diminta untuk masuk kedalam satu kawasan berpagar yang dikhaskan untuk menempatkan semua pelari.

Bila semua pelari dilepaskan, gua terus lari dan lari dan lari. Fuhhh..penat beb. Part yang paling gua suka bila gua yang tengah lari and tengah penat tu, nampak je finishing line and orang ramai berkumpul kat situ, gua terasa cam bakal juara yang sedang menuju kearah finishing line. Meremang beb bulu roma gua cakap lu...rasa nak nanges pun ada! Tangisan sang juara la konon! ahaks~ On the way nak sampai tu siap leh terngiang-ngiang lagu "We are the champion" dalam pemikirang gua...hahaha. Alangkah best nya moment tu.

11.5 Km of running and my timing was 1 hour 1 minute...Its a good personal achievement actually. I have never tried to enter such competition and that was my first time. Masuk2 je competition tros kena lari 11.5 Km. Lepas ni gua target nak masuk Duathlon plak kalau mampu dan gua nak cuba masuk lagi larian-larian yang cam night run tu pasal ianya amat menyeronokkan!

Run Muazan..Run! Gua personally nak cakap ribuan jutaan bilionan terima kasih kepada semua yang datang untuk menyokong gua dan pastinya ia adalah Kekasih hati gua cik Nazirah dan keluarganya! Hehe...family gua pun sokong gua tapi dorang tak dapat datang pasal sibuk buat kuih kat rumah...ahaks...business minded beb! Kepada student UNITEN lain yang datang, korang meriahkan lagi suasana sana beb!

Gua pun dapat goodie bag as well. Goodie bag worth RM300. Gambar dibawah adalah semua barang yang ada dalam goodie bag tersebut...termasuk la yang satu tu...gambar yang satu lagi tu. Terkejut gua cakap sama lu orang...hahahaha..cuba perhatikan btol2 ape gambar tu...

Seperti yang sudah dimaklumkan sebelum ini...gua akan menyertai acara larian malam atau pun lebih dikenali sebagai Night Run 09 yang akan berlangsung di Putrajaya malam hari Sabtu hujung minggu ini.

Gua dah cuba berlari di trek yang sama dengan Night Run 09 ni suatu ketika dulu (lebih kurang 6 minggu yang lepas) dan budakpanjang pun dah cuba sebanyak 3 kali di trek yang sama. Gua pikir dulu gua lari 11.5 Km namun hari ini baru gua tau yang dulu tu sebenarnya gua dah lari 14 Km (TERLEBIH!!). Semua ini berlaku kerana gua tersalah intepret map yang ada dalam borang Night Run 09 tuh..so garisan permulaan gua masa tu dah jauh kebelakang berbanding garisan permulaan di hari pertarungan.

Selepas larian bersejarah (sejarah dalam hidup gua la!) sejauh 14 Km itu, gua dah tak berlari lagi jauh2...cuma sekadar 5 Km average dan itu pun tak sekerap gua buat masa 2 ke 3 bulan yang lepas. Dulu gua rajin lari dengan budakpanjang pusing-pusing Putrajaya..... Tapi selepas tamat musim praktikal gua dulu, seminggu mungkin sekali je...paling hebat pun 2 kali.

Untuk perform well dalam larian kita mestilah mempunyai stamina yang tinggi dan stamina merupakan perkara yang sangat susah untuk di maintain. Kalau dah lama tak lari, memang la ko akan tercungap2 selepas itu. Oleh itu, hari ni gua telah melepaskan geram dengan berlari sejauh 8 Km di atas treadmill dan ini adalah antara persiapan terakhir gua sebelum acara larian berlangsung kelak!

TERBAEK!!! Itu lah yang mampu diungkapkan dengan kata-kata apabila aku berpeluang menonton aksi pemain Manchester United dengan biji bebola mata aku sendiri! Bukan kat TV! hahaha...

Alhamdulillah, I have managed to complete my first Night Run rehearsal today. I have followed the real Night Run track for 11.5 km in Putrajaya. Time taken to complete the running session was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I started the running at 6.35 pm and completed running at 7.50 pm. Above is my pic after I have entered the finishing line in front of Putrajaya Mosque.

I was actually felt so tired today because of my work at a construction site. Today was so hot and that made me felt so weak but since I have aimed to try out this running session, so I really determined to try it after all.

That timing was not impressive but that was my first trial so I hope I can get better timing in my next rehearsal if I have the chance to make another trial before the real Night Run 09 on 25 July 2009. Next target would be less than 1 hour.

Somehow, I feel so proud of myself because this is the longest distance ever that I have done for running! WOOooOo~ 11.5 KM baby!

Pratice makes perfect! Hooyah!

He was the one who has opened up my eyes and increase my interest in football for the last 5 years since he first arrived in Manchester United. Before his arrival, I didnt really follow football or Manchester United like what I do today.

He has really inspired me to improve my football style of playing (although mine is not that good like what he does) and I really want to play football like him. For me, he is the best footballer in the world even though I dont really like some of his attitude but still, he is the best player in the world.

Hello readers or perhaps I should say Manchester United supporters! Finally, Manchester United have been crowned as the champions of europe after they sealed the title of UEFA Champions League. 90 minutes? Extra time? No...it was penalty.

Manchester United won against Chelsea by penalty kick after they ended up the extra time with 1 - 1 scoreline which were scored by Cristiano Ronaldo for Man Utd and Frank Lampard for Chelsea. Unfortunately, Manchester United at first was dissappointed by the penalty missed took by Cristiano Ronaldo. But finally, thanks to John Terry and Nicholas Anelka which have missed their penalty kick and straight away gave the sweet moment to Manchester United to celebrate their second trophy of the season.

Didier Drogba was red carded in the second half after he slapped Nemanja Vidic during the argument happened between Tevez and some of Chelsea players. A few yellow cards also have been handed out by the referee. The game was controlled by Manchester in the first half but Chelsea's turn to control the game in the second half and they did a few shots on target and sometimes successfuly shaked the Manchester United half.

From my opinion, I was very satisfied with the performance shown by all of the Manchester United players. Good job for Van der sar for saving the Anelka's penalty kick. Well done to everyone!
